PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air volume control device capable of preventing breakage by firmly fixing a damper blade while ensuring airtightness. SOLUTION: A split damper 1 is disposed on a branch section of a main duct 100 and a branch duct 102 in a state that a blade shaft 12 is positioned at a main duct 100 side, and an opening adjustment shaft 13 is positioned at a branch duct 102 side. An operator rotates a handle 16 to keep the damper blade 11 at a desired angle while confirming an angle display section disposed on a blade shaft rotating means 15, to adjust a cross-section of an air trunk to the branch ducts 102a, 102b. The opening adjustment shaft 13 is held in a slot 14a, and the damper blade 11 is held by the blade shaft 12 and the opening adjustment shaft 13. Thus, vibration of the damper blade 11 is suppressed, and the breakage of the blade shaft 12 and the damper blade 11 can be prevented. Further, as a part between the blade shaft 12 and a hole 10b is sealed by an elastic body, high airtightness can be ensured. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
