PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a discrimination function concerning an imitation article by the hidden characters or patterns of a method which uses a laminated structure containing a synthetic resin as a main material and is difficult to be identified or imitated by a third person. SOLUTION: In the laminated structure, constitution is made in which two base material layers made of the synthetic resin are laminated together while being laminated, a mark layer made of a material whose X-ray transmittance is made smaller than that of both base material layers is laminated between both base material layers, at least one base material layer is made opaque, and the mark layer has an uneven part which is bent partially in an uneven shape.
