<p>The method for producing cast iron products made of light metal and/or its alloy and/or in combination with non-ferrous metals having different material types, different material strength and different structural properties, is claimed. The production of the cast iron product is carried out respectively by parallel running of different casting processes according to material type and/or its alloy and material quantities, and/or controlling of the time sequence of the process sequences and the respective quantitative operations of the casting materials is carried out. The method for producing cast iron products made of light metal and/or its alloy and/or in combination with non-ferrous metals having different material types, different material strength and different structural properties, is claimed. The production of the cast iron product is carried out respectively by parallel running of different casting processes according to material type and/or its alloy and material quantities, and/or controlling of the time sequence of the process sequences, the respective quantitative operations of the casting materials, the selection of the casting place and the feed lines and/or the respective required type of the casting materials is carried out. The controlling of the individual casting process is carried out through predetermined casting parameter. The quantitative control of the required casting materials is carried out by an adjustment of the valve opening cross-sections and/or valve opening times. The complex control of all temperature levels, pressures and time process is carried out under inclusion of the mutual functional dependences of the casting process in computer-assisted manner. An intermediate storage is carried out within a valve unit (3) for controlling the quantitative influx of the molten casting material. An independent claim is included for a device for performing the production process of cast iron products.</p> |
