The device has a housing with an interior (10) arranged between an outer housing wall (23) and an inner housing wall and filled with a thermal insulating foam (16). A thread sealing part seals a threaded rod area to the interior of the housing. A fastening part (7) is positioned to the interior orientedly at a housing part (2) e.g. front strip, and comprises a threaded hole (11) in an opening (3) of the housing part. The threaded hole is formed for screwing a threaded rod. The thread sealing part is fitted as a separate part on the fastening part.
