PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device using a graphen is provided to improve light efficiency by suppressing the light leakage of a first electrode between an organic light emitting layer and a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(30) is formed on a transparent substrate(10). The first electrode is made of graphene with flexibility. An organic layer(50) with a light emitting layer is formed on the first electrode. The organic layer is made or low molecular organism or high molecular organism. A second electrode(70) is formed on the organic layer.
