PURPOSE: A card-type mobile phone information receiver is provided to cope with an urgent business by receiving an important message or the message information of a user. CONSTITUTION: In case the power source of the sub-terminal(5) of an existing terminal user is out, an antenna does not operate. Therefore, in case the power source of the sub-terminal is out, a text message is not transmitted. A user confirms the text message or a telephone incoming message with the sub-terminal of a card type. Therefore, the user can rapidly obtain important information or presently necessary information. Since the sub-terminal is the card type, the sub-terminal can be inserted into a wallet.
