<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage container stopper having a locking structure offering a superior locking function and operability, which stopper is attached to a container body to be housed in a cap body and includes a lower cylinder 1 having an outflow passage and a lid 2 which has a stopper portion 21 blocking a proper spot on the outflow passage and is kept pushed in the direction of opening to be capable of swinging open freely. <P>SOLUTION: A locking receiver 122 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of an outflow passage portion (spout cylinder 12) opposite to a hinge shaft 4 on the lower cylinder 1, and is fitted in a recession 23 formed on the lid 2 to be flush with the outer peripheral surface of the lid 2. A locking body 3 includes a locking piece 31 having a locking nail 34 formed at a given position and an operation piece 32 located on the top face of the lid 2, and is so incorporated into the lid 2 that the locking body 3 locks and unlocks freely.
