<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion apparatus that has high design flexibility in power terminal length, and is capable of lowering the manufacturing cost of the bus bar. <P>SOLUTION: The power conversion apparatus 1 includes a laminate 7 formed by laminating a plurality of semiconductor modules 2 each having the power terminal 20 protruding from a body part 24 and a plurality of cooling tubes 3 each cooling the semiconductor module 2. Moreover, a capacitor 4 is disposed in the protruding direction of the power terminals 20. Then, the power conversion apparatus 1 includes bus bars 5 which are electrically connected to a plurality of power terminals 20 constituted of a metal plate, interposed between the laminate 7 and the capacitor 4, and arrayed in the laminating direction X of the laminate 7, and the capacitor 4, and which are disposed so that both main surfaces of the metal plate are opposed to the laminate 7 and the capacitor 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
