<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting device and a lighting system, which include the lifting device simplifying the constitution of a slackness preventing means and a reverse winding preventing means to reduce the number of electrical components and to improve reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The lifting device ML includes a lifting device body 1 with a suspension cable 11, a winding drum 12 winding/rewinding the suspension cable, and a motor 13 rotationally driving the winding drum; a lifting body 3 supported by the suspension cable and lifted relative to the lifting device body; and a slackness detecting and reverse winding preventing means 2 with a tension detecting means 21 detecting a tension applied to the suspension cable of the lifting device body, by converting it into mechanical displacement, a reverse winding detecting means 22 detecting reverse winding when the winding drum winds the suspension cable reversely, by a change in the traveling position of the suspension cable, and a common detecting switch L23 controlling the motor to the safe side in response to each time when the tension detected by the tension detecting means is a predetermined value or less and when the reverse winding detecting means detects reverse winding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
