PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal supply control circuit preventing circuit destruction even if no power is supplied from any of a plurality of power sources in a signal processing circuit that operates by receiving power from the power sources, an operation method and a control method thereof, and the signal processing circuit. SOLUTION: Signal supply controllers 130, 140, and 150 control signal supply to a communication terminal device 200, and data converters 160, 170, and 180 that receive power from the plurality of power sources and operate via the plurality of power sources. If at least one of the plurality of power sources is not available, the signal supply controllers 130, 140, and 150 restrict signal supply via power sources different from the non-available power source to the communication terminal device 200, and the data converters 160, 170 and 180.
