PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct column row piles of high quality by carrying out construction while acquiring the tip positions of precast piles to arrange usual piles 10A, 10B, etc. easily in positions as designed. SOLUTION: A wire locking implement 6 is mounted to a base point 5 of the tip 3 of a reference pile 1 to mount one end 31 of a wire 30. The reference pile 1 is buried in a soil improving layer 21, and the other end of the wire 30 is taken out onto the ground to allow the wire 30 to pass through a guide implement 16 at the lower end 12 of the usual pile (a). The wire 30 is allowed to pass through the guide implement 16 to bury the first usual pile 10A in the soil improving layer 21 so as to be in parallel with the reference pile 1 (b). The wire 30 is allowed to rise along the side face of the usual pipe 10A (a chain line 30), and a length from the base point 5 to the upper end 11 is measured to acquire the position of the lower end 12 of the usual pile 10A and its rotating state. If necessary, the attitude of the first usual pile 10A is corrected (b). In the same manner, the usual piles 10C, 10d are buried to construct a column row pile structure (c) (d).
