PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which is prevented from a positional shift of power generating section therein and is excellent in assemblability; or to provide a method for manufacturing the battery pack. SOLUTION: The battery pack includes a connection body formed by connecting a plurality of power generating sections with a current collector interposed therebetween, wherein a current collector forming one end is connected to a current collector forming the other end via an insulation member. The method for manufacturing the battery pack includes: a step of manufacturing the connection body, in which the connection body is formed by connecting the plurality of power generating sections with the current collector interposed therebetween; and a step of connecting end parts, in which the current collector forming the one end is connected to the current collector forming the other end via the insulation member, in the connection body.
