PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide leg wear reducing/canceling swelling of the leg, easy to follow the movement of the leg while keeping tightening force, and also preventing stuffiness at the back of the knee and dryness at the heel. SOLUTION: The leg wear is provided with a portion which covers at least a region from the heel to the knee and includes a leg part 11 made of stretchable knit fabric having tightening force, wherein a knee part 12 comprises highly stretchable knit fabric made to be easier to extend than other portions, a knee back part 13 is made of highly air-permeable knit fabric made to have more air permeability than that of other portions, and a heel part 14 comprises a highly airtight portion having higher airtightness than that of other portions.
