PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed wiring board capable of preventing short-circuiting between connector terminals. SOLUTION: A flexible wiring board includes: an insulating substrate having a wiring pattern, including connector terminal patterns, formed on a principal surface; a conductive layer covering the connector terminal patterns; and an insulating protective layer covering a part of the wiring pattern; wherein through-holes are formed, between the connector patterns of the insulating substrate and in step portions formed of the insulating protective layer and insulating substrate.
