The method involves actuating a light i.e. LED, in a driver circuit (12) that is formed as an integral part, where one of the integral part is provided with heat conductive elements (26, 28). Housing (10) is designed as another integral part. The former integral part is provided in contact with the latter integral part during arrangement of the elements, so that heat is discharged from the driver circuit through the elements during an actuation of the light. One of the elements is deformed, so that a contact surface of the elements is extended with the latter integral part. An independent claim is also included for a light comprising housing.
