Disclosed is a charge/discharge system which is provided with an electrical storage unit (71), and a charge/discharge control unit (75) which controls charge/discharge of the electrical storage unit. The charge/discharge control unit controls the electrical storage unit not to discharge electricity when the electrical storage quantity of the electrical storage unit is equal to or smaller than a first threshold value during normal operation, and in a time of emergency, the control unit controls the electrical storage unit to discharge electricity, even if the electrical storage quantity of the electrical storage unit is equal to or smaller than a first threshold value, and controls the electric storage unit to stop discharging electricity when the electrical storage quantity is equal to or smaller than a second threshold value, which is smaller than the first threshold value.
