The heating pump has gas coolers (1), where high pressure side of a recuperator (7) is switched between working material outlet of last gas cooler and an inlet (6.1) of an expansion valve (6). A low pressure side of the recuperator is switched between working material outlet (5.2) of an evaporator (5) and an inlet (3.1) of a compressor stage (3). An outlet (3.2) of the compressor stage is connected with a working material inlet (1.1) of the gas cooler, where a working material carbon dioxide is utilized in the heating pump.
