The system has a single tank (E) enclosing a cooling medium with a fastening unit (CE), and cooling lines. One of the cooling lines is integrated in the fastening unit, and another cooling line absorbs thermal energy of the cooling medium, where the medium is circulated in the cooling lines. Length and number of the cooling lines running in the fastening unit are varied, and the fastening unit is formed as curved framework of a C-arm unit (C) i.e. C-arm profile. A balancing unit (Am) i.e. thermal balancing unit, is arranged at an end of the C-arm unit and integrated in a cooling pipe system.
