The arrangement has an encoder module, a sensor module (2) and a positioning unit fixed relative to each other, where the positioning unit partially surrounds the encoder- and sensor modules. The positioning unit is designed as clamping unit and includes a filament that is designed such that the filament partially surrounds the encoder and sensor modules. The filament includes an encoder module-supporting segment and a sensor module-supporting segment, where the supporting segments force-fittingly are adjusted and/or engaged in and/or at a supporting element (6) of the modules. An independent claim is also included for a method for installing a torque-sensor arrangement.
