The invention relates to a method for air-conditioning a vehicle interior (1) by means of a heat sink (23) associated to the vehicle interior. In order to allow an improved air-conditioning, the heat sink is controlled according to at least one of the following criteria: activating the heat sink (23) when a humidity difference accompanied by a polarity sign (59) of a desired interior humidity (33) minus the actual interior humidity (31) falls below a threshold value (47); activating the heat sink (23) when a dew point (35) of the interior is greater than the actual window temperature (45) of a window delimiting the interior; activating the heat sink (23) when a safety dew point (67), which can be determined by applying an increase operator on the dew point (35), is greater than the actual window temperature (45); deactivating the heat sink (23) when an evaporator temperature difference (85) of a maximum adjustable desired evaporator temperature (39) of the heat sink (23) minus the present actual evaporator temperature (29) of the heat sink (23) is smaller than a dew point difference (83) of the window temperature (45) minus the dew point (35); deactivating the heat sink (23) when a evaporator temperature safety difference (81), which can be determined by applying an additional increase operator on the evaporator temperature difference (85), is smaller than the dew point difference (83); deactivating the heat sink (23) when the humidity difference (59) is greater than the evaporator temperature difference (85) or the evaporator temperature safety difference (81). |
