<p>PURPOSE: A pre-treatment apparatus for producing bio fuel and bio chemicals is provided to enable continuous producing processes of a high concentration biomass. CONSTITUTION: A pre-treatment apparatus for producing bio fuel and bio chemicals comprises a dipping tank, a supplier(30), a reactor(44), a saccharifying reactor, and a rotary explosive valve(48). The dipping tank is for removing a soluble matter from a biomass. The supplier mixes the biomass without the soluble matter, water, acid, alkali, and ionic liquid. The rotary explosive valve maintains the pressure inside the reactor.</p> |
