<p>PURPOSE: A light emitting device, a manufacturing method thereof, and a light emitting device package are provided to improve light extraction efficiency of the light emitting device by increasing the intensity of light through a constructive interference effect. CONSTITUTION: An active layer(140) is formed on a first semiconductor layer(130). A second conductive semiconductor layer(150) is formed on the active layer. A transparent electrode layer(160) is formed on the second conductive semiconductor layer. A multiple thin film mirror(170) is arranged on the transparent electrode layer and is formed by laminating a first thin film layer with a first refractive index and a second thin film with a second reflective index.</p> |
