<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery cell, a cell stack device, a fuel cell module, and a fuel cell device, wherein even in the case a stress is formed inside the fuel battery cell, peeling-off between an intermediate layer and an air electrode layer is suppressed, and long-period reliability is improved. <P>SOLUTION: On a surface of a conductive support body 2, the fuel battery cell 1 is equipped with: an interconnector 9; and a power generating portion which is neighboring the interconnector 9, and in which a fuel electrode layer 4, a solid electrolyte layer 5, the intermediate layer 6, and the air electrode layer 7 are laminated in this order. Since porosity of the intermediate layer 6 is 40 to 60%, and the average pore diameter in the intermediate layer 6 is 1 to 3 μm, the stress formed inside the fuel battery cell 1 is moderated, peeling-off between the intermediate layer 6 and the air electrode layer 7 can be suppressed, and reliability can be improved. Along with this, the cell stack device 11, the fuel battery module 18, and the fuel cell device 23 are improved in long-period reliability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
