BIDIRECTIONAL CLUSTER DIVISION DEVICE, METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bidirectional cluster division device for simultaneously dividing multi-variable data and sequence data corresponding to the multi-variable data into clusters having common features between the respective variables and between the respective sequence data.

SOLUTION: An input means 11 inputs multi-variable data and sequence data corresponding to the multi-variable data. A bidirectional clustering means 12 performs bidirectional clustering to the multi-variable data and the sequence data. The bidirectional clustering means 12 divides the multi-variable data and the sequence data into a plurality of clusters by using evaluation functions indicating whether there are a large number of common features or a small number of the common features between respective variables and between the respective sequence data included in the cluster.
