<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid transportation device, in which damaging of a tube is prevented and a cam drive force is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The fluid transportation device 10 includes: the tube 50 having elasticity; a tube restriction part 55c restricting the position of the tube 50; a rotatable cam 20 disposed to be separated from the tube 50; fingers 40-46 disposed between the tube 50 and the cam 20 and moving back and forth toward the tube restriction part 55c along with rotation of the cam 20; and an elastic ring 29 provided on at least either the fingers 40-46 or the cam 20 and deformable in a back and forth direction of the fingers 40-46. The cam 20 has first to fourth cam bodies 21-24 respectively pressing and moving the fingers 40-46 toward the tube restriction part 55c.
