PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus having a configuration, capable of preventing deterioration in agent-transport performance by eliminating flocculation of an agent relevant to a toner by using a simple constitution without causing increase in the cost. SOLUTION: In the waste toner container 150 including a screw auger 120 whose both ends in a shaft direction are rotatably supported inside a casing 121; a part of the screw auger 120 is arranged to be brought into contact with the casing 121, whereby the screw auger 120 is brought into contact with the casing 121 and the auger 120 is made to vibrate; and then an elastic member 122 is arranged, at a portion where the screw auger 120 is brought into contact with the casing 121 so as to absorb noise, when they are brought into contact.
