PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overprint card on which a protective layer is formed, in which a thermal transfer processing property is not reduced while having sufficient slipperiness in order to raise the abrasion resistance of the overprint card in which a concealment layer is formed on a magnetic stripe, and to provide a manufacturing method for the same. SOLUTION: The overprint card is formed by: arranging a magnetic stripe to the card base; and laminating at least a concealment layer, and a protective layer one by one on the card base to cover the magnetic stripe, and is characterized in that a lubricating film is provided which consists of a surfactant and lubricating oil on the protective layer.
