PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor unit of an air conditioner improved in safety with an easy composition. SOLUTION: The outdoor unit 10 includes a bottom plate 45, installation legs 30, a heater pipe 20h, and a screw member 49a. The bottom plate 45 is formed with a screw hole 47b. The installation legs 30 are fixed to the lower side of the bottom plate 45. The heater pipe 20h is fixed to the bottom plate 45. The screw member 49a is inserted to the screw hole 47b from the upper side toward the lower side of the bottom plate 45 for fixing the heater pipe 20h to the bottom plate 45.
