PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module capable of restraining a short circuit between adjacent wiring conductors. SOLUTION: A thermoelectric conversion module includes a supporting substrate 1, a plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements 2 disposed on the supporting substrate 1, a plurality of wiring conductors 3 formed at the supporting substrate 1 and electrically connecting the thermoelectric conversion elements 2, and a solder 6 connecting between the wiring conductors 3 and the thermoelectric conversion elements 2. The wiring conductors 3 include wiring conductor bodies 7a, 7b formed on the surface of the supporting substrate 1 and first covering layers 8a, 8b formed on surfaces of the wiring conductor bodies 7a, 7b. Side surfaces 8a1, 8b1 of the first covering layers 8a, 8b protrude from side surfaces 7a1, 7b1 of the wiring conductor bodies 7a, 7b. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
