PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal, an incoming call response method, and an incoming call response program by which an unintentional response is prevented even under key operations including a key for response. SOLUTION: The portable terminal 101 is provided with a control part 2 which does not respond to an incoming call even when any key equipped with an operation part 8 is depressed when a preset specific application is activated, and responds to the incoming call even when any key with which the operation part 8 is equipped, is depressed when applications except the specific application are activated.
