PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow including a bag body which has a cervical spine receiving portion and a head receiving portion with shapes respectively fitted to shapes of each sleeper's cervical spine and head, by devising a planar shape of the bag body and a shape of a gusset cloth arranged between top and bottom baggings, in a single bag-form pillow. SOLUTION: The pillow whose planar view is a pentagon or octagon shape includes the bag body formed by being divided by the gusset cloth which supports a top cloth and bottom cloth of the bag body at a predetermined interval. In the pillow, a height of the cervical spine part and the height of the head part are adjustable due to the flow of stuffed granular material in the bag body caused by pressure applied to the pillow when a head is placed thereon. Additionally, the pillow is a polygon shape wherein an angle (internal angle) formed by two straight lines which connect an apex and adjacent two apexes of the pillow whose planar view is a polygon shape is 90 degrees or more. Furthermore, the gusset cloth is arranged at least on a head side and/or cervical spine side of the center part of the pillow, and a part of the stuffed granular material near the gusset cloth is arranged so as to flow in a direction of a bag body periphery due to a pressure applied to the pillow when the head is placed thereon, to fill up near the apex angle parts of the polygon shape.
