PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device that efficiently discharges air bubbles staying on a lower-surface side of a control unit such that no air bubble remains between the lower-surface side of the control unit and a sealing agent. SOLUTION: The electronic device includes the control unit 8 mounted with an electronic component, a case 10 containing the control unit 8, and the sealing agent which is charged in the case 10 to cover a periphery of the control unit 8 to seal the control unit 8 in the case 10. A discharge area 18 for moving upward air bubbles 17 staying on the lower-surface side of the control unit from the lower-surface side of the control unit 8 when the sealing agent is injected to fill the inside of the case 10 is provided in the control unit 8, and the air bubbles 17 are moved along the lower-surface side of the control unit 8 connecting with the discharge area 18 to gather together by a gathering means 19 of shortening the distance between the air bubbles 17, so that the gathering air bubbles 17 are discharged from the discharge area 18.
