PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data distribution system which contributes to the improvement of the distribution efficiency of data for use in the construction of systems of information processors. SOLUTION: A data distribution device 2 includes: a first acquisition part which acquires master data 27 which are used for the system construction of information processors 3a to 3c and are master data 27 to be commonly used for the construction of different systems; a second acquisition part which acquires difference data 28 indicating contents of processing to be applied to the master data for a specific system; and a distribution part which collectively distributes the master data 27 and the difference data 28 to the plurality of information processors 3a to 3c via a network 4.
