PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner fin disposed in a flat tube serving as an exhaust gas flow passage, capable of reducing the pressure loss due to the flow of the exhaust gas, and capable of exhibiting excellent heat exchange performance. SOLUTION: The inner fin 5 bent and formed to have a corrugated cross section is interposed in the flat tube so that a top part 6 and a trough part 7 are directed to the exhaust gas flow passage, and the top part 6 and the trough part 7 of the waves are formed to be flat, and a plurality of protrusions 10 are formed obliquely to the flow direction of the exhaust gas on a rising surface 8 and a falling surface 9 of the wave.
