<p>PURPOSE:To achieve effectively the preparation of resin solution for regeneration by dissolving waste resin into solvent, while putting the waste resin powered by a grinder into a dissolving tank and agitating said resin by an agitator. CONSTITUTION:Waste resin 5 is dropped into the spacing 8 part in the casing 6 of a grinder 2. The rotating axes 7, 7 of the grinder 2 cut and grind the waste resin dropped into the spacing 8 between edge plates 9, 9 and drop it as ground product 16 into the spacing 12 part of a dissolving tank 3. The ground product 16 dropped into the dissolving tank 3 is caused to be in contact with solvent liquid 11 and dissolved. Then, while agitating flades 13, 13 are rotated and agitate the ground product 16 with the solvent liquid, the solvent liquid 11 is poured from the upper side of the ground product on the liquid surface, thereby accelerating the dissolution of the resin and elevating dissolving effeciency.</p> |
