<p>The present invention belongs to an installation and adjustment solution for dome cameras having more than one million pixels in a monitoring system, especially to the dedicated correction method and corrector for dome cameras without an auto-focus system. The present invention is a correction method for mega-pixel monitoring cameras, which is characterized in that: a partial spherical surface is cut, the area of which is larger than the visual range of the largest field angle of a camera, on a optical dome cover that is the same as the optical dome cover to be installed on the outer part of the camera; the partial spherical surface combines with a bracket to form a correction bracket, so that the partial spherical surface is disposed in front of the camera in the same distance between the optical dome cover and a lens of the camera, and is used for simulating the influence of the optical dome cover on the camera, and then the camera is adjusted; when the image obtained from the lens is in focus by adjustment, the correction bracket is removed, the optical dome cover is installed, and then an ideal image can be obtained. The advantage of the present invention is that an adjustment space is created for the camera by a correction lens simulating the influence of the optical dome cover on the camera. A convenient, rational and achievable correction solution is provided in the present invention. A simple corrector is designed according to the correction solution, and adjustment efficiency is improved.</p> |
