COLD AND WARMTH AIR FEEDER USING WATER COOLING FOR TESTING MEMORY

PURPOSE: A cold and warm air feeder for testing a memory is provided to shorten test temperature change time by cooling a heat radiation plate with a water cooling type. CONSTITUTION: An air flow path is formed on a main body(11). Cold or warm air is supplied to a chamber. An opening or closing member(12) is mounted on the main body and opens or closes the chamber by a guide unit. A thermoelectric device is formed in the flow inlet of the chamber. A first heat radiation plate is heated or cooled by the thermoelectric device. A second heat radiation plate is cooled with a water cooling type when the second radiation plate is heated by the thermoelectric device. A blowing fan is installed between the flow of the main body and the first heat radiation plate and blows the heated or cooled air to the inside of the chamber through the flow path.
