PURPOSE: A photoelectromotive device including a flexible substrate or inflexible substrate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve efficiency by reinforcing the inner reflection between unit cells through an interlayer reflection layer. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode is formed on a substrate. A first unit cell is formed on a first electrode. A part of the interlayer reflection layer including two adjacent sub layers with different refractive indexes is formed on the first unit cell in a first manufacturing system. The substrate with the part of the interlayer reflection layer is exposed to the atmosphere. The remaining interlayer reflection layer including two adjacent sub layers with different refractive indexes is formed in a second manufacturing system.
