<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for culturing stem cells which can suitably culture the stem cells without lowering the activity (deactivation) of the stem cells and losing pluripotency. <P>SOLUTION: The method for culturing the stem cells icludes irradiating a culture medium (50) in a container (1) with light having a specific wavelength, propagating a sound having a specific wavelength to the container (1) from a sound source (5), making light energy to act on water to be supplied to the culture medium (50) and the container (1), adding a perfume contributing to the activities of the stem cells (C) to be cultured to the water treated with the light energy, and adding a Chinese medicine to a standard culture medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
