<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical container suppressing elution of an adhesive to a medicinal solution. <P>SOLUTION: The medical container includes an inner layer composed of a cyclic olefin resin, the inner layer being adhered to an adjacent layer by use of an adhesive, and an intermediate layer provided adjacently to the inner layer without adhesion, the intermediate layer being formed of a resin which is different from the cyclic olefin resin and has good adhesiveness to the cyclic olefin resin.
