<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multijoint cable protection and guide device which avoids mutual contact of cables and the like that assume flexed and straight postures, which steadily protects and guides the cables and the like, which includes multijoint support members composed of only lightweight synthetic resin block bodies, and which is easily cut and connected corresponding to its usage. <P>SOLUTION: This multijoint cable protection and guide device 100 includes: a flexible belt member 110 formed by integrally molding a plurality of center tubular portions 111 through which respective cables C can be inserted and a pair of right and left side tubular portions 112 disposed in parallel along the center tubular portions 111; and a pair of right and left multijoint supporting members 120 each having only a large number of synthetic resin block bodies 121 coupled repeatedly and mutually and inserted respectively into the side tubular portions 112 of the flexible belt member 110.
