<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for suitable for effectively separating an object gas from the mixed gas, while a useful pressurized gas is acquired from a mixed gas. <P>SOLUTION: In the method, for example the cycle containing a nest adsorption process, a desorption process and a purge process is repeatedly performed by using adsorption columns 10A, 10B, 10C filled with adsorbents. In the adsorption process, the mixed gas G1 is introduced into the adsorption column in a state of an adsorption pressure in the adsorption column to make impurities in the mixed gas G1 adsorb to the adsorbents, and to make the purified gas G2 which enriches the object gas discharge from the adsorption column. In the desorption column, the inside of the desorption column is made to reduce to the intermediate pressure, one of the impurities is desorbed from the adsorbents and the pressurized gas G5 is discharged from the desorption column. In the purge process, while the inside of the adsorption column is opened to the air to be depressurized, one of the impurities is desorbed from the adsorbents and a cleaning gas G3 is made to flow to the adsorption column. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
