<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a pulsed peak and impress an optional pulse repeat frequency, when impressing a high voltage with pulse-shape peak to a capacitive load via a pulse transformer. <P>SOLUTION: A high-voltage impressing device utilizing a pulse voltage is so structured as to impress a high voltage with a pulse width ofτ<SB>0</SB>, which has a pulse-shape peak which is sharp in rise to the capacitive load 1 via the pulse transformer 4, and there, the relation between the capacitance C<SB>1</SB>of the capacitive load 1 and the secondary leakage inductance L<SB>1</SB>of the pulse transformer 4 satisfies the relation; L<SB>1</SB>=(τ<SB>0</SB>/π)<SP>2</SP>×(1/C<SB>1</SB>). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
