PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein coping is unavailable in a case where the evaluation standard of an operator is changed by data condition, in a method for forming a feed plan that corresponding to load condition. SOLUTION: When the feed plan is decided by selecting one of a plurality of feed plan candidates formed, by allowing the date condition (the day and/or the time) to correspond to an evaluation standard, prescribing the relation of the priority order between at least two evaluation items among the processing capacity of an inspection device, and the treatment time of a specimen and the residual amount of the consumables in the inspection device, the evaluation standard corresponding to a present data condition (the day and/or the time) is adapted.
