<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel used for each kind of electric equipment that stably performs electrical contact and release, and achieves reliable operation. <P>SOLUTION: The touch panel includes light-transmissive stepped parts 12 in an inner peripheral edge of an almost frame-shaped spacer 6. The stepped parts 12 alleviate extreme folding of an upper substrate 1 and prevent cracks and damages on an upper conductive layer 3 even when an operation at an edge part near the inner peripheral edge of the spacer 6 is performed, thereby performing the stable electrical contact and release, and achieving the reliable operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
