PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for mounting an electric control unit, improving the fitting workability by reducing the number of fixed points in installing the electric control unit in a cabin. SOLUTION: The structure for mounting an electric control unit includes: a plate-like electric control unit fitting base where a plurality of bolt penetrating holes are formed, and at least two positioning weld bolts are inserted downward; a cover member where a plurality of bolt penetrating holes are formed corresponding to the bolt penetrating holes and positioning holes are formed corresponding to the heads of the positioning weld bolts; and a plurality of brackets mounted to predetermined parts in the cabin, where bolt fitting holes are formed corresponding to the bolt penetrating holes, and positioning bolt holes through which the positioning weld bolts penetrate are formed. The base positioned on the brackets through the positioning bolt holes and the positioning weld bolts and the cover positioned on the base through the heads of the positioning weld bolts and the positioning holes are jointly fastened to the bolt fitting holes through the bolt penetrating holes.
