PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable contact and a switch using the same capable of low-cost and diversified illumination, in one used mainly for operation of various electronic equipment. SOLUTION: Ruggedly-lined light-emitting parts 15 are formed on a top face of a base sheet 4 above the movable contacts 5, and at the same time, a nearly belt-shaped light guide part 16 is provided for coupling the plurality of light-emitting parts 15 on a top face of the base sheet 4, whereby, light of a light-emitting element 11 is made reflected with the small belt-shaped light guide part 16 to guide inward, and enabled to emit light of the plurality of light-emitting parts 15, so that light emission of the plurality of light-emitting parts 15 is made possible with the less number of light-emitting elements 11, and at the same time, base materials for light guide sheets as other components are done away with to make assembly easier with the less number of components used, and a movable contact body 18 capable of various illumination at low cost and a switch using the same can be obtained.
