PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an acceptance rate of an investigation such as a questionnaire made when a user views specific web content within a website. SOLUTION: A terminal unit includes a first reception processing unit receiving web content including a tag for executing an investigation from a web server 30, a first display processing unit displaying web content received by the first reception processing unit, and a tag execution unit executing a tag included in the web content.
