The fluid-dynamic bearing system comprises a covering plate and a bearing bushing having a bearing bore with two open ends. A shaft is arranged in the bearing bore, where a bearing fluid is filled in a bearing gap, such that the bearing bore is formed between the surfaces of the shaft. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a spindle motor with a stator and a rotor; and (2) a hard disk drive with a spindle motor.
