Provided are compounds having prophylactic and/or therapeutic effect on chronic rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, inflammatory bowel diseases such as Crohn diseases and ulcerative colitis, autoimmune diseases typified by psoriasis, rejection of a transplanted organ, allergic diseases and so on; medicinal compositions comprising these compounds; and a method for preventing or treating an autoimmune disease characterized by comprising administering an effective amount of a medicinal composition to a mammal.
